To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests at Eclectic Business & Leisure Hotel, the following house rules apply:
Allowed:
- Guests aged 18 or older as the primary renter
- Quiet enjoyment of the premises
Not Allowed:
- Smoking anywhere inside the hotel (a cleaning fee may apply for violations)
- Pets of any kind (with the exception of certified service animals)
- Parties or events of any kind
Additional Guidelines:
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed
Violation of any of these rules may result in eviction without refund.
